@M.Zurawski
I'm going to mention Fojut in the second part. As for Starosta, I don't view him as a national team material. He has the heart but lacks skills. He wasn't able to win a place in Sheffield United, a Championship team. I've never seen S-Latef play, but as far as I know he's not a part of senior squad at his club. Need to watch him play first. I really hope Leo is a right person to discover talent in Poland.
@Marcin
PZPN has finally established a scouting department, which is becoming more and more professional. There are now a lot of players based abroad that are tested by our youth coaches, just have a look at the squads. There was also a conference organized in Germany lately to attract young players of Polish origin. Part two is coming out today or tomorrow.
@Tomek
It would be interesting to see Piotr Brozek against a superior opposition and check how he does. But it's not a coincidence that Wisla are still looking looking for a left back. As for Pawel, he lacks character and ambition a bit. In terms of skills, he's a national team material in my opinion, which he proved in UEFA Cup in 2006 for example. The French offer was from Nancy, but he said that he was not prepared. Not prepared for Nancy? That's this lack of character I mentioned. I'm really waiting to see how Borysiuk does this season, I hope he stays at Legia and plays regularly. Boguski will be mentione.

As a Wisla fan for many years I have to say, sadly, the Brozek brothers are not national team material. We have such a bad deficiency with the left back that Piotr Brozek maybe will get a shot, but as you mention he would get eaten alive against quality opposition. As for Pawel, well he is awesome in Orange Ekstraklasa but I doubt he will develop into player of international caliber unless he leaves Wisla. He had an offer from the French League last season but was reluctant to leave his comfort zone.

From the list you have presented today I realy like Borysiuk and Janczyk.
Janczyk is a beast and I pray that he finally starts getting some playing time in Moscow. As for Borysiuk, well we almost never get to see a 17 year old player come on to the scene like that in Poland. He as well as Majkowski, and Rybus should develop nicely under Urban.

For part two I recommend mentioning Boguski who has looked great his first season with Wisla.

I firmly believe we have the depth of talent to successfully transplant our veterans with young talent. It's obviously not a depth akin to Germany or France, but it is non the less there. Leos' challenge, now, is to do what Russians have managed to do. Speed, youth, stamina. Every country can have this. It's just finding a successful combination.

Jarosław Fojut, Ben Starosta, Zeyn Alabidyn S-Latef, all english based, none with a cap to their name. Fojut, i believe, has the potential to excel in the NT. S-Latef we may as well try, Larsson can't be all wrong.
