Come on Robert Lewandowski you can do this. You do not play like Mariusz Lewandowski. Polish soccer players needs to play well and score goals.

Have fun dude. I saw those fouls against Blaszczykowski and I don't think those were provoked. I wonder why he is being targeted by Bundesliga players? In almost every game he plays he is being harshly fouled at least once or twice. That is not a good sign for national team.

btw... quick question. does anyone know how Leo's visit to talk to Boruc went? supposedly he went to Scotland for the weekend to have talks with Boruc. we could really use a positive talk, i'm assuming it went well since the media hasn't really jumped all over this in a bad way from the lack of articles i have seen.

I agree with the Gargula choice, I like him a lot and feel he should be given a chance if Roger can't get his shit together. Roger has been flat and lifeless and we need more from that position.

@M.Zurawski
As much as I am worried about Wisla's current state, I feel fairly confident that Skorza can correct some issues and the boys will bounce back against Tottenham. I can only hope for a draw IN London, but with the way Tottenham seem to be struggling it could be a dream day for Biala Gwiazda :)

@zaraza
personally i never really rated Dudka that highly after his injury. when he was with us at Wisla before his injury he was a pretty good player, but once he came back from injury in the spring Diaz and Piotr Brozek looked better than him as LB, and Dudka has always looked lost as a CB, so occasionally he would get some time as a DM which even then he wouldn't impress me much. i think Dudka was a damn good player before his injury last fall, but ever since i don't think he has ever truly recovered. i don't understand why people have still rated him so highly over performances practically over a year ago. hopefully though since he is young, maybe he could figure something out. because it isn't good for our NT one of our better defenders sitting the bench Zurawski style in a foreign league

as for Arboleda... IF and IF we had a foreign defender called up to represent us i'd much rather have Hernani who is younger, and a little bit bigger, and could play for us for a few years instead of just qualifiers and maybe one competition. Hernani is very strong and talented and has dropped off the radar with Kielce being relegated. he was supposedly marrying a Polish girl too so we wouldn't have to do the shady paperwork we did with Roger either. foreign clubs were showing interest in the summer but were trying to low ball Kielce for his services. supposedly Lechia is interested in him in the league which would be a good transfer for him

@gregorio
Yeah, the guy is great, he seems to have a genuine love for the bundesliga and Kuba in particular. I didn't watch the game, but Blaszczykowski received 2,5 note from Kicker, which is very high in their rankings. Still, his style of play is quite injury prone.
@M.Zurawski
Ok, but have you watched Wisla against Lech;)
@zaraza
The ability to play on numerous positions was always Dudka's advantage, maybe this time it acts as a disadvantage. He was never impressive, but was doing his share in most of the games. Auxerre had supposedly scouted him for a long time, they had to learn about his abilities (and shortcomings as well). I think it's too early to write him off.

The Arboleda case is only a result of journalists' looking for something to write, at least at the moment. He just said that he'd like to play for Poland when asked about it. To my knowledge, nobody from the nt staff confirmed this interest. I saw Borysiuk once or twice this season, he's a skillful holding midfielder. He plays very maturely for a 17 year old. Jan Urban says, however, that he's too young to play in every single game.

If they were born or raised in Poland or have some ancestral connection to Poland, fine, but calling up foreigners who have no ties to our country and can barely put together a sentence in Polish, well that's just going to turn our NT into even more of a laughing stock than it already is... I know we already did that with a couple players but if we ever want to become a self-respecting football nation, this has got to stop.

Has anyone seen Borysiuk in action? It appears he's been playing the last few games in Legia's starting eleven, that's pretty impressive for a 17 year old...

I've heard that now Arboleda wants to play for Poland. I don't know if he is our nt ready, but he use to be a defensive force in the Ekstraklasa. I'd much rather have Inaki Astiz though..
