Well one major thing to think about is that Boruc wont play in the champions league anymore. Ya sure Tottenham will get in the UEFA Cup but really no one really cares about who wins it or plays in it, it is always just one club that dominates in it like Sevilla last year and Bayern now. But yes hands down its better for him to go to London then Milan. For one of the top teams of Euorope they just suck. They have huge stars like Kaka or Pato but still blow, and buying one goalkeeper definatly wont solve their problems.

I think that Boruc will be one of the best 'available' goalies in the summer. Ramos will surely try to strenghthen his squad with players of his own choice. Whether he's interested in Boruc we can't tell. The purchase of Hutton would indicate that he follows the SPL. I'm not sure whether Milan is ready to splash a lot of cash on a goalie. On the other hand, they need a summer revolution in their squad.

In a perfect scenario the Spurs and Milan can have a desperate bidding war and he'll sell for twenty million pounds. :)

The rumour mill is beginning to grind early this year. I read in two separate articles this morning Artur being tied to the Spurs, and Robinson being sold off. Supposedly they are keen on bringing in some names throughout the summer and contending next season. It would be nice. But then again after watching their game with Atalanta, i'm not sure who needs him more. :)

He admitted to taking part in the corruption so, obviously, he knew about everything. That's a huge let down. For now, the press only mentions Korona's 3rd div season, but remember that they were promoted from the 2nd div in the next season. I think that the case is not closed. It seems that the players were all involved in this proccess, they resolved to bribing even though they had by far the strongest squad in the 3rd div. That just shows the mentality of our footballers. For me Wdowczyk's involvement in the last game was scandalous, especially as he pleaded guilty. Hopefully that's the end of his career at the highest level: national team, Legia, Wisla, Lech or the new Slask. I also don't want to watch his face in the TV; he lost all credibility.

I dobut if the players did the cheating on their own, I'm mean how? for a bottle of booze? Maybe the management was different then, and that would be why the current one is so outraged and strict towards the players.
Wdowczyk may have won the titles fair (if such things ever happen in our league). His recent behaviour shows he still has some dignity and self respect. But I don't mean the fact that he coached Polonia 3 hours ago. That tells a lot about the dignity of the club's officials.

"That’s the end of a beautiful career."

Not in this world, it seems.

@gregorio
Yeah, Boruc is an extremely media 'friendly' player. If he's capable of sparking controversy in Scotland imagine what he would do with the aid of English tabloids. Plus Tottenham is a very close covered club so probably his popularity would be even bigger. I'm sure he'd end up both on most loved and most hated player lists. Aston Villa is on the rise at the moment so it's one of the best options. Remember that all of the English big 4 clubs have their goalie position covered. Dariusz W. case is a very surprising one. He makes an impressiom of such an elegant and eloquent manager and it may turn out that he's just a cheat. But it's strange for me as he still managed to win two Polish league titles that nobody considers suspicious. It looks that the players organized the whole bribing procedure in the 3rd division, but he surely knew about it. That's the end of a beautiful career. I hope that our other talents like Skorza or Michniewicz are not involved in any of these. And the abolition is just a matter of time.
@M.Zurawski
I also hope he'll stay in the U.K. I think that only the clubs from the Premiership would be able to pay something around 10M for him (as was the case with Craig Gordon). Other European clubs won't pay as much for a player from SPL, especially a goalie.

I know that not everyone will agree but i sincerely wish Boruc will stay in the U.K. Mind you, not Scotland. I don't want to see him in the Seria A. Tottenham would fit like a glove. Maybe they would stop leaking so many goals, and it seems he would get on well with Berbatov and Keane. Maybe even make peace with Hutton. :)
