First goal of Janota was very good. He was closing left wing, stayed open, then when ball got to him he showed nice control and took his time to put defender down. Nice nice goal for young player playing first match on bigger stage,

Apparently Benitez said he will target him again in January. This been discussed in Liverpool forums and http://footylatest.com/news/news.php?extend.2271. I don’t know how reliable that website is. I think it will be a wait and see scenario.

Wichniarek scored as well with “spectacular goal from a sharp angle.” Too bad he was offside.

Here we go again, Rafael Benitez said he wants to bring Kuba in. Borussia Dortmund only want a money offer and doesn’t want Degen, offered by Liverpool in exchange. It looks like its gaining steam.

I just read that Sosin is suppose to get a call up to the nt. Seems like a lie since he plays in Cyprus so not the best player even to choose for a rumor. O and the article also said Jodlowiec is getting into the nt which seems fair.

It’s true that our other prospects seem to be struggling but it’s too soon to write them off. Fojut should be free to sign a contract with a new club in December. Remember seeing it mentioned somewhere that he was named MOM against a Premiership team (Everton?), it was some cup match when he was on loan at Luton but it does show that he has the ability to play against top class opposition.

How long is Janczyk’s contract with that Russian club? I don’t think the problem is that he’s not talented enough, he simply made a poor choice and I believe he’ll get his career back on track once he gets a move. The problem is that Russian clubs are very difficult to deal with, they may just let him rot rather than grant him a transfer…

I was waching the game, and after Janota scored the two goals, my friend said that he looks to become a very good player. After that, he said: Watch out! He can join Podolski and Klose tommorow!

That ticked me off for a few moments, but I realised quickly that it was pretty much impossible
