I was so psyched!=awesomely excited! to see Lech Poznan in a UEFA cup game! It was so great ! (except the lack of a win) And yes! what a great highlight clip tomasz! thanks -- including the atmosphere of the game. It's always a cool image seeing the players walk out at the start with the young lads, and can't help being glad for the look at the Lech cheerleaders at half, which I don't remember seeing from Setanta. Anyway -- great game! during which, at a point I was lamenting Arboleda's Columbian status, knowing the Polish nt need for strong D-back and specifically at the left side. I did see that even wikipedia posts that he has an interest in playing for Poland National Team! -- what would it take? As good as Smuda's side did played, I was most happy to see the defense so strong; for 88 minutes at least there was really no getting past them. He must have impressed the scouts on Friday when he scored three. I think that this would be a safe move for him. As long as he gets to play I don’t see a reason why he won’t be successful. Starting his career abroad in the Serie B would give him a chance to adapt to the Italian game. So then if he would get the chance to play in the top flight it would be an easier transition. On an unrelated topic, Smolarek needs to do what he can to get out of England. His skills are probably best suited for the Bundesliga.
