Kuszczak’s injury not so serious

February 14th, 2006 | By: Maciej | No Comments »

West Bromwich Albion’s goalkeeper and at the same time one of four candidates of being Poland goalkeeper no. 1 in Germany, Tomasz Kuszczak has bruised his collarbone during last WBA’s 1-6 defeated game at Fulham.

First diagnosis suspected fractured rib but fortunately it was not that serious. Kuszczak should be fit enough to play later this month.

It was not only great message for Bobby Robson, the Baggies’ manager but also for Poland national coach- Paweł Janas who wants to give him a chance during friendly match against Bundesliga’a Kaiserslautern.

As he should recover very soon, he’ll be playing third time for Poland!
