MarcinO-I think you have how Boruc is being treated all wrong. First of all, the Scottish Press love to rail anything Celtic, and Boruc has not exactly endeared himself to anyone who is not a fan of the Green and White in his time in wee Glesga, so the press’ treatment of him is nothing new. Celtic fans know Boruc has saved their bacon many a times, and the fact that he is a cult icon here is probably the only reason he won’t be on the bench anytime soon. His play this season has been below his standard, even he would admit, and I think Gordon Strachan saying that some more training will be had is the right move. However, he has had some howlers this season, such as two goals against Rangers and the whiff on a clearance against Dundee in the Cup. Celtic knows it needs Big Artur, but if his performance does not improve, he should find himself on the bench.

Lech players (Murawski, Wojtkowiak, Lewandowski) will play against Wales. I’d also like to see Pawlowski instead of Lobodzinski. Majewski underwent a surgery lately, he’s probably not fit yet.

Pretty boring choices if you ask me.
No Lech players except for Wilk since they have the game against Udinese to worry about.
Except for Brozek, our strike force looks completely toothless. Some of them aren’t really strikers.
Disappointed to see that Pawlowski is only on the stand-by list.
Majewski seems to have been dropped completely.
Considering that we have so few choices at leftback, Krzysztof Krol probably should have gotten a chance.

I read, that he played for Poland against Portugal 2007 and was in the squad for the U-17 EM.
But he left because like he said “I had nobody to talk to” – but the coach said, that he was in a room with two “Germans” and so he had somebody to talk with – so I think he left because he wants to play for Germany.
Now it´s 2 years later and he never played for Poland again. And I think he will not play for Poland again.

What do you guys know about Patryk Podrygała? All I can find is that he plays on the Hertha BSC reserve/youth team. He was capped by Poland for the U17 team. However, I saw reports that he wants to switch over to the dark side. What is that about?

Im also very suprised how Dudek still made the list. Although it may have something to do with the fact that i forgot about him. Cant wait to see where Bialkowski leaves to, hopefully he will get playing time there

i just saw the new polish nike home kits, and I realize that they are temporary, but I really think that they were not impressive. I hope they bring back the “eagle crest” and get rid of the “soccer ball with wings”
